This blog won't be entertaining and will likely bore you, but it's a way for 2 best friends, Jessica "The Sidewalks are Slippery" Guttenberg and Genie "One Speed" Ko, to keep tabs on each other as they train for their first half marathon. We have until Nov 15 to get our butts into half marathonin' shape. Join us in our journey to overcome laziness and our strong desire to sit around and watch espn/anything on the food network/endless hours of law and order svu. Or don't. We don't really care.

UPDATE
so... swelling seems to be going to down. this is after constant icing from 8am on...but the bruising is starting to appear. lovely
