I ran 5 miles yesterday from Dan's apartment to work (I had to go in to the office yesterday for a few hours... bleh). Then I took the short route and ran the 2 miles back to his apartment up the 16th street hill. Both runs felt good and I'm not sore at all today.
We have our gigantic meeting at work this week and I'm pretty sure I won't get to run during the week. I'm going to attempt to get in 1 short 3-4 mile run before the weekend, and then maybe an 8-10 mile run on Saturday or Sunday. Then maybe a couple 3 mile runs next week.
Then... I get to see you in Texas!!!!
