Today I realized that I need to get my butt in gear and start running. I ran 4 miles in 44 minutes--yesssss 11 minute miles :-) I actually felt pretty good, but I can already tell my thighs are going to be super sore. I ran a 4 mile loop from the climbing gym and tried to do a couple routes afterwards--that was hilarious. I definitely didn't have the energy :-) This was my longest run since coming back from Europe!
I'm going to try to do 6 miles this weekend. I will probably have to stop, but I need to start cranking up the mileage!
I miss you too! But I will see you in 3 weeks! woo!
