1. we are doing SO much better at blogging
2. i have no thoughts on gel... never tried it. i need to start working things like that into my runs. honestly, ive not been drinking any water/g2/gel/etc during any of my runs... that i need to start doing.
3. so 7 miles didnt feel bad. true. then i tried to run 3 yesterday and it turns out IT FUCKING HURTS after running 7 the day before. UGHHHHHH... so i finished a painful 3 and am taking the day off. i have 5 miles tomorrow then another off day saturday. HOLLER.
4. i think i pulled my groin. awesome. so now i have to massage myself there. often. like in public.
